With the original home being built in 1995 Gregg Architectural Builders worked alongside the clients to create a light and bright English feel homestead from a very dated interior. This Bespoke renovation included re-configuring the kitchen, living areas with new joinery and American oak flooring to both areas.

The main dining room was brought back to life with crisp new paint and the original roof beams being whitewashed to give that English homestead feel. The main stairwell also received major works with new American Oak treads and balustrade fitted to create a stunning feature from the main entrance area.
Both Master Ensuite and Guests Bathroom were also completed with quality fittings, floor to ceiling tiles and LED strip lighting to vanities and showers. This stunning home also has a fully renovated loft area, office, gym, laundry and walk in mudroom from the back garden area.
