Some of our best projects have never been photographed or been in the public eye. This can mean concealing the client name from all staff and contractors and forbidding photos to be taken or providing a full agreement whereby only Gregg Builder’s Managing Director, Colin Gregg, has keys to a house when under construction and 24/7 site surveillance is in place. We can also have strict stipulations put into place concerning site entry so all subcontractors are working in a controlled environment.

Gregg Builders will ensure that any confidentiality and security wishes are adhered to – not just during construction, but after a project is completed, too.

The team also understands that locals like to know "who's building what" and "what’s going on", especially in sought-after locations in New Zealand such as Queenstown and Wanaka. Often, there is also media interest in large homes being built by prominent people. The Gregg Builders team is experienced in managing this to ensure client privacy is never breached.
