Tucked away off Fendalton RD, on a long North facing site sits this O’Neil Architecture quiet retreat. The site itself was challenging due to its shape, although thanks to the clever design, low pitched roofs and carefully chosen elevations of natural cladding the house blends seamlessly into the landscape.

Large open plan kitchen and living lead outside via large Fairview Aluminium sliders to undercover outdoor living. Clever design and engineering mitigated the need for a corner post so the seamless flow from inside to out is perfect for entertaining. The deck continues out to a BBQ area, raised planters and gardens which finishes this outdoor living beautifully. The living room features a gas fire with schist surround inside and out which adds a wonderful feature to the property. You can never get board relaxing in front of the fire on a cold winters day
