Gregg Builders were the builder of choice for this complex after recently completing the owners architectural house in Fendalton.
On recommendation from Gregg Builders, Robert Weir of Weir Architecture was engaged to come up with this stunning design on this complicated site. These compact units are light and spacious and have been designed with working couples in mind, due to the close proximity to town.
Inside, the kitchens are designed with stone bench tops and high-end appliances to set the quality tone throughout, from the moment you step in the door.
Upstairs consists of a bright double bedroom with large ensuite. The bathrooms are tiled and fitted out with quality fittings for ultimate elegance. The upstairs is a private, quiet and sunny area facing North which makes the space a pleasure to live in.
The lounge living area which is open, light and sunny with large sliding doors extending out to the outdoor area. Off the kitchen is a powder room and small laundry.
Weir Architecture applied a blend of materials to the exterior of the building to break it up and give it character. The outside has Integra panel with rockcote render contrasting with the painted linear weatherboards which looks absolutely stunning.
The middle part of the property is the garage facility for each unit with a lockup area for BBQ, bikes etc. Each unit is fully landscaped with private patios and artificial turf lawns for a carefree state of the art living.
