The internal walls here are comprised of imitation brick, recycled timber and Rockcote to give a Manhattan loft theme. A very large industrial stainless steel rangehood creates a restaurant-style kitchen. The feature of this kitchen is the huge square island which is made of stone, concrete, and steel, which was manually lifted into the property.
Into the hallway are three double bedrooms and large separate bathroom – which has an open tiled shower and a large built-in bath with floor-to-ceiling tiles – giving you the same industrial look which flows through this property. There is also a separate toilet for guests.
At the far end of this hallway is the master bedroom which has large open sliders to a courtyard area, with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. The bedroom consists of recycled timber walls, which also flow through from the living area.
Large trees allow for privacy from existing neighbours’ properties, and on the deck is an in-ground spa pool for relaxing after a hard day at work.
Off the hallway you head downstairs to the large separate laundry with internal access to a large garage. There is a well-situated games room/adults living room which has another recycled timber wall with wall-mounted TV built-in, and smaller second kitchen for guests and entertaining. Off this area is a separate guest wing, with separate external access, which consists of a large double bedroom and ensuite.
